I created this painting which is related to my event. My event is about my first birthday party in the US. The party is the best birthday party that I have had. So I chose bright colors in this painting to tell how surprised I was at that time. Also, in this painting, balloons and cakes are related to birthday and also related to my event.
I chose the word 'nervous' to completed my black and white abstract painting, which relate to my event. Before the birthday party, I was so nervous because I was afraid about what if no one remember my birthday. It is hard to explain what nervous means by painting. When people feel nervous, he/she also feel tangly. So I used lines to created this painting. I want to show the feeling of tangly and nervous by making the lines crossed together.
