My artworks are inspired by my first birthday party in the US. The party was all about surprises, happiness
and friendship. In my work, there are many factors that relate to the party,
such as, balloons, flowers, and dancing people. My works depict the party by
combining all those elements together.
In most of my work, I use
bright colors such as orange, yellow, pink, and red, which make people feel warm
and happy. I also use the
color blue to neutralize the tone of my works. In the party, there was still some sadness. I felt lost when the
party ended. However, it is life, the combination of feeling happy and feeling lost.
My works tend to focus on the
word ‘surprised’. Not only because my theme is surprised, but also because I
want to transmit the feeling of surprised through my works.
